Turning on a dime: Better to follow the market's mind than my own.

My first rule is to mind my own book. Everyone has their own book to follow, and if they take any view from anyone else they are then responsible for their having taken it. That view is now theirs and they must justify taking it. It is now their view and their responsibility. Taking responsibility is a good litmus test of an individual's trading ability, his character and even his politics. Everything on this site is opinion and all views belong to those expressing them and do not suggest themselves to anyone else. Every man is reponsible for his own decisions and must ulitimately take full responsibility for what happens to them. I do not recommend anything to anyone. The market is always trying to fool the greatest number of people at any one time. So with that view, I barely trust myself, let alone anyone else. Danny Silkglass, 1935-2011
